The registration fee includes lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner the book of conference proceedings and the proceedings on CD.
The full registration fee includes participation to the cultural event.
* The accompanying person fee includes attendance to the conference dinner, participation to social events and to the cultural event and the provision of tourist artwork.
N.B.: The registration only for accompanying person cannot use the on-line payment procedure (by credit card).
For the registration of accompanying person must be used the same registration form of participant.
The accompanying person registration must be indicated in the form of participant.
Students should send the registration form together with a statement by the University's official teacher or working in it stating their status. For bookings made online declaration will be sent separately by fax (0302096783) or e-mail info@idra2012.it
Invoicing at a public or private entity must be authorized in writing by the same. (You may be required for an invoice before paying)
The authorization, on company letterhead, must be attached to the board and shall include the tax-master data (name, address, VAT) of the organization.

Payment
The payment will be made to the Congress Secretariat (Koinè eventi snc – via Fontane, 24 -25133 Brescia, Italy) by:
- bank cheque to the order of Koinè eventi snc.- The cheque will be sent by mail (recorded delivery) to the Congress Secretariat (Koinè eventi snc – via Fontane, 24 -25133 Brescia), unitamente alla scheda di iscrizione;
- bank transfer to the order of Koinè eventi snc

Copy of the bank draft receipt will be sent to the Conference Secretariat via fax (+39) 030 2096783, together with the registration form duly filled.
VALIDITY OF REGISTRATION AND INVOICE
Registrations without proof of payment will NOT be considered.
Immediately after payment, regular invoice will be sent from the Conference Secretariat (Koinè eventi snc) to the postal address specified in the registration form by the participant.
CANCELLATIONS
Registrations can be cancelled only if a written request is sent to the Conference Secretariat Koinè eventi snc.
Any request of cancellation that is received until 16th July 2012 will be totally refunded
Any request of cancellation that is received after that date will not get any refund nor compensation.
